All the Information You Need

We drive here after school.

We run vehicles to Bixby and Jenks Public Schools when school lets out. Your student can hop on like riding the bus, and we take them to St James Church!

Academic help is here

Whether your student just needs a quiet place to work on homework, or they require help from someone, we have them covered!

Things to do

We have games and sports outside, we have games, hang out spots, and video games inside!

Youth Worship Service

While the doors open after school, if your student needs or wants to come later, we don't start our worship service until 6:30pm. It lasts approximately one hour and is live-streamed.

Grab a bite or a coffee

We have pizza most weeks, and a fully functioning coffee shop with drinks of all kinds, snacks, and candy. Items are priced at a nominal fee to cover costs. For example, $3 will buy your student a drink, two pieces of pizza and a candy bar! We accept cash AND card.

Pick up is a must

Service ends at approximately 7:30. We shut down at 8pm. You must pick your child up from St James Church between 7:30 and 8pm!

I, parent/guardian of the above named child ("Child"), consent to my Child riding on the St James Church vehicle to Wednesday Night Youth Services. I agree that my Child's participation in St James Youth is purely voluntary. I agree not to hold the church liable or responsible for any loss or injury sustained by my Child arising in connection with his/her participation in Wednesday Night Youth Services.

I understand and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to pick up my Child from St James Church (5050 E 111th St., Tulsa, OK 74137) no later than 8:00pm.

Furthermore, I agree that the Church has person to include my Child in photos or videos which may or may not be used in conjunction with live-streaming of services, video recaps and highlights, and social media posts promoting Wednesday Night Youth Services.
