TO GROW
Building on the foundation of knowing God’s Word, we want our kids to build a personal relationship with Jesus. We strive to ensure they grow in their spiritual walk with God and deepen their relationship with Him as they apply what they are learning to their personal, daily life.
TO KNOW
We believe that faith in Jesus begins with knowledge of Him and His Word. We want kids to experience the love of Jesus while learning Biblical truths through relational and age-appropriate teaching in a fun and safe environment.
TO SHOW
Flowing out of the kids deepened, personal relationship with Him, the result is displaying God’s love in their lives and being excited about sharing God’s Word and God’s love with others in the church and community. We offer many opportunities for community service projects and encourage using their spiritual gifts within the church.
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

SJC KIDS SPONSORS TWO CHILDREN THROUGH COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL
All of the children's offering from Sunday and/or Wednesday goes to support Angel and Sofia. SJC Kids participate in sending letters and pictures, hearing about and praying for both of our adopted children in Honduras.
ANGEL
My name is Angel. I am 6 years old live in Choloma Cortes, Honduras.
I live with my mother, father and brother.
Things I like best are playing soccer learning bible stories and listening to music. One day I hope to become a doctor.
SOFIA
My name is Sofia! I am 8 years old and live in Cortes Honduras.
I live with my mother and grandmother.
Things I like best are drawing pictures, singing and playing with friends. One day I hope to become a teacher.

SJC KIDS EVENTS
Special events include: Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, Backpack Blessing, Trunk & Treats, Christmas Musical, and more. Plus, many opportunities for service projects.
FIRST VISIT?
Make your way to the SJC Kids check-in desk just beyond the sanctuary. One of the volunteers will greet you and get your family information into the computer system. This will take a few minutes so arriving just slightly early may be helpful, but not necessary. Once your family is in our computer system and your child(ren) is checked in, one of the Children's Directors will take you on a quick tour of the SJC Kids area and walk you to your child(ren)'s class(es). We always have a special welcome gift for our first-time kids as well at pickup time.
